A New Hope?

Well, a week after the last puppy died, the mother of the five ill-fated pups did it again by giving birth to five new puppies two nights ago.

This batch of puppies don't seem to be offsprings of one of the mama dog's sons so hopefully, these pups will survive the vagaries of a dog's life without the disadvantage of an incestuous parentage.
