Dean pointed out that noted fantasist Jeffrey Ford has cited the Philippine Speculative Fiction vol. 1 in his journal, thanks in the main due to the efforts of Charles (you da man, man!).

Wow. It's one thing for one of the leading lights of speculative fiction to mention Dean's collection. It's another if the writer is also one of your favorites.
